Resources

by Dennis Perry on September 27, 2011

Periodically I would like to share with you some of my favorite blogs and websites.  As a seeker of rich experiences, one of my priorities is to associate with people and companies that provide great services and products.  Over the next couple of posts I will share with you several that I feel are well worth your time to visit, subscribe, and learn or be entertained.

I share these in no particular order.  All are excellent.

First up is Fitness Expert Andrew Miner.  You can read his blog at www.AndrewMiner.net.  Andrew writes a very informative blog about all things relating to exercise, fitness, and even health and nutrition are included.

If you have ever been the caregiver for a chronically or terminally ill family member or friend, you know how difficult and stressful this can be.  My friend from Down Under, Annie Born writes a very helpful blog at www.annieborn.com.  Her site offers support and motivation to the caregiver.  This is an extremely beneficial service.

For the singles out there, there is no better place for information and advice on dating and relationships than the website of Dating and Relationship expert April Braswell.  If you live in Southern California, you definitely need to be getting her tips and reading her blog.

I might suggest that those of us who are happily married will also benefit from her advice.  No matter how long you’ve been married, if you follow April’s advice and suggestions, you will always find new adventures and new ways to keep romance in your relationship.  Her blog can be found at www.AprilBraswell.com/blog.

For a very interesting guide and blog on music I would recommend www.theknowledgestylist.com.  The tag line on TKS says “Customized Knowledge About Music, Photography, Travel, Gadgets, and More” and I can say that is an accurate description.

Over the last couple of weeks, I have been introduced to several music genres that I did not even know existed.  The interesting thing of all, I enjoy them.  So now I have a wider palette of music to pull from and that makes my life that much richer.  That, after all, is the name of the game.

Part of living a full, rich, and satisfying life is doing everything we can to obtain and maintain good health.  This can involve a number of modalities including proper diet, meditation, exercise, etc.

A great resource for organic food information; body and mind information, and diet and nutrition help is Cherie Miranda.  Her site is www.holistichealthexpert.net.  She has had a recent series of blog posts on meditation.  This is a must reading for all of us who live and work in the fast-paced, non-stop society we find ourselves in today.

If you are thinking about moving to another country, Costa Rica has become a very popular relocation area.  And, it is for very good reasons.  An expert in this area is Sonya Lenzo.  Her website is www.sunnyincostarica.com.  Here you can find great blog articles about life in Costa Rica and many resources including real estate brokers if you are interested.  Her ability to tell a story puts you right in the scene.  The next best thing to being there.  Great reading even if you are not planning on a trip there any time soon.  If you are, I would be that Sonya can direct you to a few good coffee houses!

As population growth continues worldwide and more and more countries enter their own industrial ages, the use of natural resources continues at an alarming rate.  It would seem that all of can do at least something to protect our planet.  For a great resource into environmentally sound practices, I recommend Clare Delaney, the EcoExpert.  Her blog can be found at www.ecofriendlylink.com/blog.   Clare recently wrote several posts discussing the risks, benefits, advantages, and disadvantages of filtered water vs. bottled water.  Within these posts were great sources on where to purchase the items she discusses.

One of my favorite hypnotherapists is Eva Palmer.  Her practice is in Barcelona, Spain.  Her website is www.evapalmer.es.  She writes great articles on hypnosis, smoking cessation, weight control and other topics.  She is extremely knowledgeable in this field and she has much to teach.

To avoid overwhelming you with too many resources at once, I feel this is enough for now.  Within the next post or two, I will give you several more high quality blogs and websites to add to your arsenal of helpful sites.

Till then, make this a great day and live a full, rich life.

Hi Wealth Doctor,

Thank you for the citation. Certainly for singles and couple who want to live and experience a rich relationship, seeking out workshops and seminars to keep their relationships fresh and renewed is an excellent habit. And one of the attributes of happily married long term couples is to keep dating each other in their marriage.

Happy Dating and Relationships,

April Braswell
